If a product purchased does not meet expectations - either through wrong sizing or damages during shipment, for instance - we will gladly accept its return for exchange or credit. We only ask that you follow Returns/Exchanges Policy directions that will be included with every order shipped. 3. In regard to each one-of-a-kind by artist consigned product that we will showcase, we cannot guarantee that the item will look on hand as it appears on our website, though we make every effort to represent each item as accurately as possible. 4. All purchases made on SweetPea & Violets web site are made through PayPal. We will also accept credit card payment through PayPal. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at time of check-out. 5. We will usually ship within 5 -10 working days of receiving and processing your order, emailing each customer as soon as their shipment has gone out. Regarding temporarily out-of-stock or special order items (i.e. Taronga Candles, which are special order items), we will inform the customer of the shipping date, also via email, as soon as the item is ready to ship. 6.
