1. Drawing is held monthly, the last day of the month, at the discretion of SweetPea & Violets. Any alteration of this schedule will be posted on website.
2. The winner is announced the next day after name is drawn. Winner's name will be posted on SweetPea & Violets' website. Winner will also be notified via email. Winner will have 5 days from initial notification to respond to SweetPea & Violets with necessary shipping address information. After that 5 day period, Winner will forfeit and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
3. Gift Basket contents remains the choice and discretion of SweetPea & Violets.
4. Enter as often as you like, but only once per 24 hours. An entrant can only win once per every 3 month period.
